Built to outlast the Florida sun, salt and humidity.
Right Chemistry, Right Slab
We diagnose your slab's moisture, prep needs and exposure — then pick the coating chemistry that fits. No one-size-fits-all.
Built for Florida
Polyaspartic topcoats won't amber under UV like cheap epoxies. Coatings stay true to color for years, even on west-facing lanais.
Fast Return to Service
Most coatings cure to foot traffic next day and vehicle traffic in 72 hours, so your space is usable fast.
A simple path from quote to finished floor.
- 01Slab Inspection
We test moisture, examine cracks and pick the system.
- 02Mechanical Prep
Diamond grind or shot-blast to a CSP-3 profile.
- 03Coat Application
Base, color or flake media, and topcoat — applied in proper film thickness.
- 04Cure & Inspection
We walk the finished floor with you before final invoice.
Real jobs. Real finish.

What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?+
Epoxy is harder and thicker — great as a base. Polyaspartic cures fast, is UV-stable, and resists chemicals. We typically combine both for the best of each.
Can I coat over an old, painted floor?+
Usually not directly. The old coating has to be ground off so the new system bonds to bare concrete.
How thick are the coatings?+
Our full systems run 25–50 mils — far thicker than a single-coat 'paint' product.
Will it crack again where my concrete cracked?+
We fill and treat existing cracks before coating. Hairlines may eventually telegraph but structural cracks are repaired with a polymer that flexes with the slab.
